Booking and Payment Conditions

Flight bookings are handled by the airline's reservations and operations team. Any booking implies the Client’s full acceptance of these terms and conditions. Prices are quoted in euros (€) inclusive of taxes and all airport charges related to the flight. A reservation is considered confirmed once the Client has accepted the fare and flight conditions. Full payment is required to secure the booking. Payment must be made by credit card, either via a payment link or through distance selling (VAD) with no right of withdrawal (as this is a transport service). A flight confirmation will be sent to the Client. This confirmation serves as the travel document and must be presented prior to boarding.

Delays and Cancellations

By the Airline

LThe airline will make every effort to ensure that passengers and their luggage are transported without delay or inconvenience. The airline may offer an alternative flight, either on another aircraft or with a different chartered company. The airline reserves the right to cancel a flight due to weather conditions or technical issues related to the helicopter. In these cases, the airline will refund the full amount of the flight. No financial compensation will be given to passengers for cancellations due to weather conditions, technical issues, or force majeure beyond the flight refund. The airline is not liable for compensation in the event of a delay of less than one hour from the scheduled departure time, or delays affecting connecting flights.

By the Client

The Client must arrive on time at the designated boarding location stated in the flight confirmation or at the agreed meeting point in the case of a chauffeur service before the helicopter transfer. The service is no longer guaranteed if the passenger is more than 30 minutes late.

Any modification or cancellation, even partial, of a confirmed and final reservation by the Client must be communicated to the airline through any means at least 7 days before the service date. Any cancellation, even partial, made after this deadline will incur a penalty for the Client as follows:

- Cancellation between 7 days and 48 hours before the service: 20% of the service price - Cancellation between 48 hours and 24 hours before the service: 50% of the service price - Cancellation within 24 hours of the service: 100% of the service price

Personal Data

As part of the service, the Airline may collect personal data from the Client. The Client agrees to provide accurate and up-to-date information necessary for the proper execution of the contract. This personal data may be shared with partners or service providers acting on behalf of the Airline for the purpose of executing, processing, managing, and facilitating payment for helicopter flights.

General Terms and Conditions of Transport

The transport service is strictly personal, non-transferable, and valid only for the passengers listed in the reservation. Passengers must arrive at least 20 minutes before departure and present their flight confirmation along with a valid form of identification.
For international flights, passengers are required to have all necessary documents for crossing borders. Each passenger is solely responsible for any fines, fees, or entry refusals imposed by border authorities.

Transport and Limitations

The airline reserves the right to substitute an equivalent helicopter, if necessary, without providing financial compensation to the passenger.
The airline may refuse to transport the passenger and their luggage if any of the following occurs or are deemed likely to occur:

• The passenger refuses to undergo security checks or is not in possession of their boarding pass and ID
• The passenger's behavior poses a threat to safety, disrupts order onboard, or is abusive towards other passengers or staff
• The physical or mental state of the passenger, including any condition resulting from alcohol, drugs, or medication, could present a danger to themselves, other passengers, the crew, or the property

Baggage

Due to limited space in the helicopter, the number of items allowed on board is restricted. The airline emphasizes the importance of providing accurate baggage details during the booking process (including the exact number of items and compliance with size limits).

Failure to comply with these requirements may result in some baggage being denied. The passenger confirms full knowledge of the contents of each piece of luggage and ensures they do not contain any dangerous items.

Prohibited Items

Passengers are prohibited from traveling with any items that are forbidden or restricted under applicable regulations, including:

• Explosives, pressurized gas, oxidizing, radioactive or magnetized substances, flammable, toxic, infectious, or corrosive materials
• Firearms and ammunition (except for those intended for hunting or sport), which must be unloaded, properly packaged, with the safety mechanism engaged, and inaccessible to passengers during the flight
• Sharp weapons, stabbing weapons, and aerosols that could be used as offensive or defensive weapons
• Lithium batteries or cells exceeding 160 Wh or containing more than 2 grams of lithium

Right to Refuse Luggage Transport

The airline reserves the right to refuse baggage containing any of the above items or baggage that does not comply with the restrictions outlined during the reservation process. The transport of pets is subject to the airline’s prior and explicit approval.
