Terms & Conditions of Carriage
I. General Provisions – GreenBees Helico
The Flight Confirmation constitutes the official transport agreement between GreenBees Helico and the passenger(s) named on the ticket.
By confirming a reservation, the Client acknowledges and accepts GreenBees Helico General Terms and Conditions of Sale.
Air transport services are strictly personal and non-transferable, valid only for the individuals specified in the booking.
Prior to boarding any GreenBees Helico flight, passengers must present their Flight Confirmation along with a valid identification document (passport or national ID card).
Passengers are required to arrive at the designated helipad at least 20 minutes before departure, as stated on the Flight Confirmation.
For international flights, passengers must hold all required documents (passport, visa, etc.) to cross borders. The passenger is solely responsible for any penalties, costs, or denied entries imposed by border authorities.
II. Carriage & Limitation of Transport
GreenBees Helico reserves the right to substitute aircraft of similar class when necessary, with no financial compensation due.
All GreenBees Helico personnel, including pilots, ground crew, and operations staff, retain full authority to issue safety and operational instructions to passengers at all times. GreenBees Helico reserves the right to deny boarding in the following situations:

Refusal to undergo required security checks or failure to provide proof of identity.

Any behavior that threatens safety, order, hygiene, or the wellbeing of other passengers or crew—including intimidation, offensive language, or aggression.

Physical or mental condition (including intoxication or drug use) that could pose a risk to the safety of the flight or others on board.

Failure to provide valid proof for a discounted fare, along with refusal to pay the adusted fare.
III. Liability & Limitations
GreenBees Helico's liability for baggage loss or personal injury complies with applicable international laws, including the Montreal Convention, and EU regulations (EC) No 2027/97, 889/2002, 785/2004, and 285/2010.
To the extent permitted by law, liability is limited to gross negligence or willful misconduct, and is confined to direct material damage. No compensation shall be granted for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.
The Company is not liable for delays, changes in schedule, itinerary, or aircraft type due to weather conditions, technical issues, or force majeure.
GreenBees Helico is not responsible for any additional costs incurred by the Client or Passenger (e.g., hotels, ground transport) due to delays or cancellations, including those related to third-party events.
GreenBees Helico shall not be liable for any medical condition, injury, illness, disability, or death, nor for the aggravation of pre-existing conditions.
IV. Baggage Policy – Size Restrictions
Due to limited luggage capacity onboard helicopters, passengers must provide exact baggage details at the time of booking (number and dimensions of both checked and cabin bags).

V. Right to Refuse Carriage of Baggage
GreenBees Helico reserves the right to refuse carriage of baggage for safety or regulatory reasons, especially if it contains:

Prohibited or improperly declared items.

Oversized or excessive baggage not in compliance with booking restrictions.

Pets are not accepted onboard unless specifically approved in advance by GreenBees Helico.
V.I Prohibited Items
Passengers may not include the following items in either their checked or cabin baggage, per IATA and ICAO Dangerous Goods Regulations:

Explosives, compressed gases, flammable substances, corrosive or toxic materials, oxidizers, and radioactive content.

Firearms and ammunition (unless for sport/hunting, properly declared, unloaded, and safely packed).

Weapons or sharp objects are strictly prohibited in the cabin. These may be accepted as checked baggage with prior approval.

Lithium batteries exceeding 160Wh or 2g of lithium content. Batteries for medical devices or electronics must be carried in the cabin and follow applicable regulations.
